Sienna Traino at Bushrangers Bay — Finding a Hidden Gem on the South Coast
This early morning shoot with Sienna Traino was one of those sessions where everything just lined up. Sienna had found me on Instagram, and after chatting for a bit, we locked in a time to shoot. She suggested we head down to Bushrangers Bay, about two hours south of Sydney — a spot she discovered through TikTok (where she’s also built a strong following @hiitstraino8).
Luckily, I was staying with friends on the south coast the night before, because otherwise the start time would’ve been completely ridiculous — but I’m so glad I made the effort. While it rained in Sydney that day, we had full sun, clear skies, and that warm, coastal air that makes everything feel just right.
Sienna’s a new face, but she brought the kind of openness and energy that makes you feel like you’ve worked together before. Shoots like this remind me why I love doing what I do — discovering new places, meeting new people, and creating something honest in good light.
Shot entirely on 35mm film using my Canon EOS cameras and modern Canon L-series lenses. No retouching, just great light and great energy.
