Georgia Roche floating on the water at sunrise at Chinamans Beach

I recently spent some time working with Georgia Roche from Saint Models; we’d picked out Chinamans Beach for a sunrise shoot and swim.

My first shoot in Queensland in 2023 was with Georgia, which remained one of my favourites for the year. I try to create nuance with the models I work with; sometimes that’s easy, but most of the time, it’s not; despite being so young, Georgia showed a depth that I know is difficult to embody.

When the opportunity to shoot again in October came up, I jumped at it. She spent some time in Sydney, and we worked together, starting with a short studio shoot and a quick round of digitals before an early rise in Sydney’s leafy north. Alt Swim provided the beautiful bikini’s Georgia wore, and the inflatable was a purchase I made specifically for the shoot. It was an easy shoot, but with all the preproduction and time we’d spent chatting, it’s of little surprise that was the case.

Creating dynamic stuff takes time, communication, commitment, and understanding. I’ve always found that really easy working with Georgia. I could say many other things, but I’ll keep it brief: Any clients who look at these and love what we created, it’s so much of what she brings to the table. Work with her, I can’t speak highly enough.

You can reach out to Mandy from Saint Models about booking her; Georgia is currently based on the Gold Coast but is available for travel.
