Chloe and I shot this one in Noosa, starting the evening as the light softened under a partly cloudy sky. It was one of those sessions where everything felt calm from the beginning, and the direction revealed itself as we moved through it.
This was the second time we’ve worked together, and it shows. Chloe brought a stronger sense of confidence and presence to the shoot, and that shaped everything. There was no need to push or over-direct, we simply followed the feeling and let it unfold.
As the light dropped, we carried that same energy back to the hotel. A bottle of champagne, a running bath, and a sense of ease that made the entire session feel intimate and honest.
This issue blends both film and digital, shaped by the environment and the connection rather than a fixed plan. The result feels soft, romantic, and considered.
This issue reflects everything I want this project to stand for: intention, trust, and creating work that feels real.
