Morning swims with Monique in Clifton Gardens

Early one morning close to Xmas, Moniqu Koschier from Scoop Models and I headed for a morning adventure, finishing with a swim in Sydney’s north at Clifton Gardens. We started at Bradleys Head, ducking around to Taylors Bay before finishing up in the water.

Lately, I’ve been in the habit of shooting models I worked with years ago; Monique is no exception; we worked together years ago in my tiny little apartment; it was one of her first shoots, and whilst I had a lot of experience with lighting, and the technique side I was learning to get better with people. Fast forward six years, and here we are. Monique is currently based out of the UK, and with a short trip to Sydney, we made time for this early shoot!

The orange set is from Monique’s wardrobe from the sustainable brand Fruity Booty. The purple bikini is from local ethical swim brand Leni Swims; the great thing about that set is it’s reversible! The other two sets were from the rapidly growing Australian brand Bydee.

This shoot was done entirely on 35mm film and contains no retouching. You can find Monique on Instagram here and contact Scoop about her availabilities!
