ONLINE with Saskia Ormsby
My latest magazine with Saskia Ormsby is 155 pages long, including the cover and thank-you notes. It’s in A4 format and available as a digital download.
We shot this issue entirely on film on the Central Coast, across Killcare and Lobster Beach. It came together after Saskia first reached out about photographing her major work for her fashion degree. While I couldn’t commit to that project, I wanted to work with someone building something of her own, so we created this for ONLINE instead.
It was one of the hottest days of the year. The heat was constant, and we kept jumping into the water between sets just to cool down. As the light began to drop, the coastline gave us one of those striking sunsets the area is known for. It made the drive completely worth it.
We kept the approach simple and responsive. No overworking, no forcing. Just following the conditions and letting the images build naturally. Saskia brought clarity and intention to the day, and that presence runs through the work.
This issue reflects everything I want ONLINE to be: thoughtful, collaborative, and made with care.
You can find Saskia at @saskiaormsby.
You can also get each issue at a discount via my Patreon, where your support helps me continue creating these shoots—funding travel, film, and time. I’m grateful to everyone who has followed this project, and I hope you enjoy the work as much as I enjoyed making it.
The price is listed in AUD, equivalent to approximately $22 USD.
